Nerkoon Höyläämö Oy is a family business from North Pirkanmaa that manufactures high-quality and ecological wood products, which has been serving customers since the 1970s.

HIGH-QUALITY EXTERIOR COVERING PRODUCTS

Exterior cladding is the face of your home to the outside world, which is why it's important to invest in quality. Exterior cladding makes it easy to give your home personality and beauty. Among other qualities, wood is also easy to work and, when used correctly, it is a long-lasting cladding solution.

READY PAINTED EXTERIOR COATING

At Nerkoo, pre-painted exterior cladding products are manufactured to order in all possible shades. The pre-painted cladding board is surface-treated three times and can be installed as is, according to the instructions. The industrially finished surface treatment allows for a longer maintenance interval and guarantees the long-lasting quality of the product.

PAINTED EXTERIOR CLADDING

The customer can also choose exterior cladding products with intermediate coatings. Intermediate-coated cladding boards are primed and top-coated once, which protects the boards during construction and speeds up the final painting on site. By choosing an intermediate painted exterior cladding, the customer can design the final colour scheme even after installation

PRIMED EXTERIOR CLADDING

Exterior cladding products are also available primed. Primed cladding boards should be surface treated twice on site as soon as possible after installation. Industrial priming provides a suitable base for subsequent coats.

FIRE RETARDANT PRODUCTS

For customer needs, we also manufacture products with a fire-resistant surface treatment in accordance with the highest fire protection class B-s1, d0. Fire-resistant products increase the fire resistance of a building. Thanks to a flawless painted or sound paint surface, the boards are also effectively protected against moisture and UV radiation from the sun - already during the construction phase.

Ranges include painted, lacquered, white-coated and sauna-proof interior cladding panels. In addition to high quality materials, special paint and varnish finishes provide protection against scratching.

The solid expertise of our employees is complemented by modern production equipment, including a planing line acquired in 2020. Our flexible production process and in-house steel manufacturing allows us to provide customers with even completely customised profiles. We can also tailor the surface treatment of wood products, for example in terms of colour shade and staining, according to the customer's wishes. Thanks to our own transport service, the products arrive on time and at a cost-effective price.
